This is built in to your Safari browser, you will see an RSS icon if the page is available in that format. Recipe: Basically you sieve out all the fresh content from your web page and reduce it down well. Then gas mark 6 for 20 mins ('cause nobody likes half-baked ideas) Finally serve immediately with a good coffee. Repeat several times a day. RSS = Really Simple Syndication.
